The handmade dining table comfortably seats 8 and there's plenty of dishes for up to 12+ located in the upstairs kitchen.

An overview of the dining room and reading nook. We call this room, "The Room of Requirement" for all the Harry Potter fans. As this room typically turns into whatever we need it for: yoga, in-home massage, 1000-piece puzzles, kids play area, etc.
The Love Shack has all the baby essentials: Highchair, Pack-n-Play, and Baby Gate.
Sit back and relax in our comfy reading nook! There's plenty of interesting reads to keep your nose in a good book!
Wall-mounted chessboard is a fun way to pass the time and relax!
The couch comfortably seats 6 people, but we've sat more. It's so comfortable we call it the black hole. Because once you sit down, it will suck all the time from your day.
Roku Guest Mode is set up on the TV so you can pick up where you left off on your favorite streaming shows.

The oversized (6' by 5') tub is a perfect place to layback and relax after a hard day of work, cooking, and adventuring!
The chandelier is dimmable to create the ultimate relaxing experience.
The master bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet for all your clothes storage needs.
This room has a full corner desk with a comfortable rolling chair plus a whiteboard and corkboard to accommodate for those who can work from anywhere.
The first bedroom from the kitchen has a queen size bed and tons of clothes storage. The closet was turned into a desk and office storage for a more friendly work from home set-up.
The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized bed and window that face south/southwest that let in the beautiful afternoon sun.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, large mirror, soft bedside light with shelves and a very happy spider plant.
Each room comes with it's own robe!
Full bathroom on the main floor that features a jetted tub, tall shower, hairdryer, first aid, travel size shampoo and conditioner, and feminine products.
This bathroom is located on the main floor at the end of the hallway.
Each bathroom has simple toiletries provided for those times we forgot to pack the razor or toothpaste!
The downstairs living room is equipped with a comfy couch, plenty of puzzles and board games for the whole family. The kitchenette has extra cooking devices and a full sized fridge for the large family gatherings. There is a baby gate available to install.
The couch in the basement can be pushed together to create a super comfy double bed, perfect for slumber parties!
The downstairs kitchenette has plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, plus extra fridge and freezer space, for larger family gatherings or for ease of living with multiple co-workers on a hitch.
The basement kitchenette, living room, game area, and costume closet is the perfect spot for the kids to hang out and get crazy!
The dartboard comes with over 20 different games to play! Keep score on the digital dart board or use the chalk to write it on the chalk wall!

With one half bathroom downstairs, it's the perfect essential for the two bedrooms and game area.
This bedroom is at the foot of the stairs in the basement. During the summer this room stays cooler than other rooms and is pretty dark. There are tons of plug-ins to charge all your devices.
The first bedroom at the base of the stairs is large enough to accomadate additional crib and pack-n-play.
There is a pack-n-play that turns into a changing table, crib, and play pen available for those traveling with small kiddos.
The second bedroom downstairs has everything you would need, a queen bed, 6 drawer dresser, large closet and nightstand with a reading light.
Each room is equipped with a charging station on each nightstand.
Clothes hampers are located in each room.
High efficiency washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided initially.
There's a full sink set-up with dish drying rack for easy clean-up in the basement kitchenette.
The backyard in the fall is a perfect time to have a cookout and jump in the leaves!
The pergola is equipped with a large propane grill, ready for you to cook up the perfect meal.

Park in the back to easily unload your luggage and access the Smart Lock with your personalized code.
There's parking for 2 cars/trucks/vans near the back door, which is where you will enter your personalized code to access the home. The rest of the vehicles can be parked down the driveway and on the street.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
